KJNC trains three times a week at Everybody Leisure Centre Knutsford on Mondays. Tuesdays and Thursdays according to age and team.

The matches take place on Sundays mostly on Sundays at the Ball Hall Stockport Sports for All as part of the Manchester League.

Waiting lists are held by group and reviewed each term.
